Seems like they try to have you buy unnecessary stuff and price on refrigerant is really high. Also got to talking to an employee there want say a name but they seem to care more about reviews then anything I just want a company that doesn't badger me with st they try to sell and is just a friendly company I mean genuinely friendly not friendly because they want a good review when in reality they just ate trying to sell you stuff.
James at Blanton Hearing and Air is an outstanding individual and technician. While working on my system, he encountered some difficult errors to work thru, but kept at it and completed the repair. He is confident, competent and professional. I'd be absolutely delighted to have him back to work on any of my systems. Thanks James!
This was the most professional and enjoyable repair experiences that I have ever had. The technician was extremely knowledgably about his craft and provided ALL of the information necessary as well as properly identifying the issues with my HVAC system. Not only was the service timely but there was no pressure to perform additional work that is not needed at the time. The fees were well within line of what I had expected and the response was the best that I have ever had. I am in the construction industry and am aware of what can be pulled on a consumer as well as how delays can be added to increase the cost of the project. NONE of that happened. The company's logistics to providing the materials and equipment for the repairs is, again I say, the best that I have encountered in my 40 years in the business. I HIGHLY recommend Blanton's to anyone and will be using them, solely for any issues that I have in the future.
Mr. Boney was on time (8am) on 3/27/15. He was friendly and informative. He covered his shoes upon entering my home which is extremely thoughtful. Mr. Boney informed me of everything he was checking and how long (approximately) it would take.

We have two systems in our residence and Matt does a very thorough job in checking and cleaning, he explains his findings and any adjustments he makes. Excellent service and support. Techician "Rich" and customer care "rep" Jaquai who set up the service call, did a superb repair on my evaporator coil in a hot attic in a very timely manner. Provided quality service with a smile. No mess left in house after repair. Repair and service was so good that I signed up for Blanton's annual Comfort Care Maintenance Agreement just in case a future repair is needed.
Initiative and integrity are the two best words I can use to describe my experience. I thought I had a problem with my duct work and was getting estimates to replace it, but after a comprehensive inspection of my house, James informed me that they could replace the duct work but my current ducts were fine and it would not solve my problem. He then sat down with me and explained what the problem was and the options to solve it. It was his integrity that made me feel comfortable talking to him and his initiative to go beyond just quoting duct work and provide me the true solution to my problem that sold me on the values [redacted]'s instills in its employees.

The office staff was very professional, friendly and helpful when scheduling service. The field service technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasurable experience and I received excellent service. I will definitely call them again the next time that I need service.
We had a maintenance contract with a national company who also installed one of our current heating/AC unit few years ago through a local company. The warranty company called the same local company to come out and look at the unit that needed repair. However, I felt that I was taken advantage of during the last repair with that company. After paying the service fee of 75.00, I was told that the unit would need to be replaced. I am aware that there are certain costs not covered by the warranty company. However, there are certain things that should not be charged i.e. the free estimate which is standard in the industry that is use to determine the size of unit I would need in my home. The company they sent charged me 255.00 to walk around my house for 4 minutes. I was told that the measurement would be put in a computer to determine the size of unit I needed. I was told it would be done the next day. Two day later I called them to discuss what I needed to do. The company did not have the measurements; the warranty company had not been contacted. Even if I had to pay more out of pocket, I was finished with that company.
Fortunately, I came across Blanton's Heating and Air. I told them namely Angela what was going on with the other company and the warranty company. I explained to Angela that I had guest coming into town and I was out of town for the day. It only took a few minutes and I was on the phone with Tim from Blanton's Heating and Air. After a few minutes, I knew my problems would be solved. Tim told me that he could come by my home that afternoon and do what he needed to do even while I was out of town. Within 3 hours I had an estimate and a complete list of cost with units I could compare. The very next day Tim came back to my home and sat down with me and explain what the company would do and what I needed to know. Angela kept me informed of the process and what to expect systematically.
I would recommend Blanton's Heating and Air to anyone that need to have their system serviced or replace. Thanks Tim and Angela for a job well done.

He even had his crew work with our schedule as far as to what time to come out and start in the morning. The 2 men that came couldn't have done a more outstanding job! They were both great and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. I would definitely recommend Blanton's to anyone who is looking to replace their unit.
The work done today was very good. The installers worked very well together and got the job done. The air feel really good in here. They cleaned up very well. They did not mess around. They were very polite to the family. We appreciate them.
