After I was told that the card holder was the only person who could request the card be reset after I received (Number of PIN tries exceeded) and days passed, I was told I would need to send in a POA. I never received any information about it being approved or not. Days passed and I res-submitted a POA to finally be told that I needed to send in State ID or Driver's License. The card holder is in prison for 12 years and this company has not allowed his funds to be released. I was told various inconsistent bits of information as to how long it actually takes to have a POA reviewed by their Compliance team. My question is, who makes this company compliant with serving their clients?
