First off, they were rude ( [redacted] ), condescending, and acted like I was a nuisance when I called to ask simple questions like, "Do you have a date for the arrival of my move"And, they misplaced my bicycleThey did not even check the manifest to make sure everything had been delivered, and I had to call them and ask them to find my bicycle [redacted] But, my main complaint is the damaged furnitureIt was in good condition when it left Ontario, and it was carried in a refrigerated truck that apparently leakedThey have not responded Also, I never got to see a certified copy of the weight of my moveI am just supposed to believe him and the charges (I really doubt them - I moved from the U.Sto Canada with the same items years ago, and I weighed lbs less)I realize I should have asked for these details in writing, so I have no recourseLessons learned Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I very much regret using this moving company

But, my main complaint is the damaged furniture. It was in good condition when it left Ontario, and it was carried in a refrigerated truck that apparently leaked. They have not responded.

Also, I never got to see a certified copy of the weight of my move. I am just supposed to believe him and the charges (I really doubt them - I moved from the U.S. to Canada with the same items 5 years ago, and I weighed 1000 lbs less). I realize I should have asked for these details in writing, so I have no recourse. Lessons learned.

Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I very much regret using this moving company.
