Firstly we would like to
apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that you experienced in dealing with our services recentlyWe assure you that your complaint and feedback will give the opportunity to remedy any problem that may exist and help to improve our service furtherWe are very sorry to learn of your experience and can understand how upsetting this has been for youWe also want to assure you that we take these concerns very seriously and this is not the customer experience we strive for
We have reviewed your concerns and we found that on July 27, 2017, you requested for the quotation regarding your shipmentYour shipment was booked for 3rd party carrier shipping on August 2nd (BOL enclosed). We specifically requested for a call from your side, to discuss terms and conditions for the shipment, at our direct line ***In the discussion, we informed you that your shipment will be covered for the standard shipping damages and not for the full damages based on our 3rd party carrier partner policyAlso at the time of booking you incorrectly disclosed the consignment weight as 65-lbs, which was actually lbs; and the actual value of consignment was never disclosed to us.
It’s our company policy that we take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed and processedTherefore, due to the wrong disclosure from your side we are unable to compensate you for your shipping damagesWe always take great care for all of our shipments which are over and above lbs
As per our 3rd party carrier partner policy you are covered for the standard shipping damages i.e$per lbsTherefore, our legal limit of liability is $per lbs on domestic shipmentsWe are not legally liable for damages over and above our legal liability
