To Whom It May Concern:Please accept this email as a response to the complaint filed on 12/28/by [redacted] ***Yes we did work on Mr [redacted] truck after work was completed, Mr [redacted] was told by myself, [redacted] , to come back in a couple of days to check transmission fluid and to make sure everything was working smoothly Mr [redacted] returned a week and days later and stated the truck was working great and he was very satisfied If we would of been informed there was issues we would of been glad to address the problem Unfortunately we never received a call or no one came by the shop The transmission that was purchased was used and only had a day warranty and the customer was informed about it before we purchased and he was ok with it From the statement Mrs [redacted] made I believe there was issues with the transmission, not with the mechanical repairs that were completed For any questions or concerns please contact me via email or telephone.Thank you, [redacted] -***-***
