THE TIME OF SALE I WAS BUSY TAKING CARE OF A DYING HUSBAND AND FUNERAL I HAD A MANAGER THAT DID NOT TAKE CARE OF THE BUSINESS THE KENNEL DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY PAID THE REFUND WOULD HAVE TO COME FROM MY OWN POCKET BUT I SAID I WOULD EITHER GIVE THEM TWO REPLACEMENTS OR GIVE THEM BACK THEIR MONEY WHEN THE PUPPIES ARE RETURNED TO ME SO THAT I COULD TAKE CARE OF THE HEALTH ISSUES THE PUPPIES MAY HAVE

[redacted] is lying. We would not have kept these two puppies for as long as we have if she had not promised a refund and we would keep them and continue their medical care.
In fact, I believe her exact words were "Is that all you want because you have spent so much?". I replied "Yes, because that is all we would get in small claims court". She stated she wanted to uphold her kennel's good name and as soon as she had the money she would send us a check for the price of the 2 pups, a total of $575.00 each. We sent her all documents to prove the condition of the dogs and what we had spent and would need to be spent in the future.
While it is unfortunate that her husband passed, [redacted] is still the owner and responsible for what she has said and all that is in writing. I would give a sworn statement as to what she told me multiple times during our phone conversations.
