Trans International Group LTD. Cover-Up Enterprises

I had made a purchase with T.I.G/CovEnterprises also known as the Trans International Group LTD on Saturday April 8, The gentlemen assisting me was Jim S***, who had a couple displays of car covers at the *** *** *** in Concord NCOnly one was a blue colored cover that had a soft like fabric on the inside and a harder, more aggressive fabric on the outsideI asked, "How much for this one", He replied, "$60", I said, "I'll take it"When I got home that evening, I had opened the vary air tight package that only can be open with scissors and to notice it was the wrong coverBoth sides was a harder like fabric which can scratch and damage a collector cars paintThis cover wasn't even on his display let alone not the one he showed me I would be purchasingSo I contacted MrJim S*** and he was not reasonable what so ever on giving a full refund or to send me the correct product that was shown to meI also had added that I have other witnesses that can agree

I've purchased 2 car covers from Jim Schwartz, President of Cover-Up enterprises at Corvettes @ Carlisle over the past 4 years. I've had no problems with him. He got back to me 2 years ago & sent me grommets for my cover.
This past month, I've noticed some tears in my cover. It's about 2 years old and have tried contacting him, but all I get is a busy signal. I just want to find out about the warrenty and don't want to wait for Corvettes @ Carlisle the last week of August
