I am Paying for Tire / Road Hazard coverage from Transcity, and they are sticking it to me with one loop-hole after another. I have jumped through the hoops that they wanted, and yet they won't pay unless they can see-taste-and/or smell the tires and wheels themselves. I paid up front, in good faith, and I continue to pay each month with my car loan, with interest for something that is worthless. Just another dead weight on my sales contract.\

DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE WITH ANY CAR / TRUCK PURCHASE!

I was sold this credit life policy that if my spouse or I passed away it would pay our car off. Dealership does not go over the policy and we just sign the forms when you buy a new car. Now my husband passed away and they won't pay after we have been paying monthly premiums. They said my husband was being treated for heart disease since 2001 and under doctors care with no issues they will not pay. They returned the premium however now it does me no good. I have a new car and are under water Do not buy any of these insurances from the dealer unless your young and very healthy then you don't need it. Insurance companies only out to make money and won't pay on claims! Be careful what you buy!
