Review: Less than a year ago I went to trans care and automotive to have my transmission rebuilt and my clutch replaced. It came with a 12 month/12000 parts and labor warranty. One day the car didn't want to go into gear so I called the business and he said it sounds like the clutch and it was under warranty so bring it in. I had the car towed 200 miles to his shop. He then calls me to tell me that it was the clutch master cylinder that went out which wasn't under warranty. I paid to have him fix it and the day before I went to pick the car up I called and he said now it was either the pressure plate or throwout bearing, which both are under warranty because he replaced them before. Then he proceeds to tell me that I have to pay the salary of his mechanic to fix it. I have the original paperwork and the warranty states that parts and labor are part of the warranty. Now he is changing his warranty because paying his workers is considered labor. Now I had to tow my car the 200 miles home and it's still not fixed. I should not and will not pay their salary because that is considered labor and its part of the warranty.Desired Settlement: I want the issues that are under warranty fixed. But I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this shop. I would like a shop locally that he is affiliated with to perform the work.
