I am assuming this is a parent company of Trans Alarm. The senders address is [redacted].It was delivered by FedEx.  This is the amount that was disputed. I consider this a done deal. Thank you. I was extremely embarrassed to learn that we once again failed to resolve this customer's issue.  I asked our CFO in writing to handle this immediately the first time it surfaced and he clearly did not.  He no longer works for our company.  I understand that we issued a check yesterday and sent it via overnight delivery to our former customer.  I hope this finally resolves the issue.  Regards.Steve

Similar to a contract that a person enters into with a mobile phone service provider, Ms. Ballard entered into an agreement with Polk Burnett Security Services which we believe does not include a provision for a refund upon cancellation. ...

Regardless, to show appreciation for the business Ms. Ballard has done with us previously, we will issue the refund as requested. Regards.

repayment of unused portion of contract accepted. Request that Trans-Alarm notify customers of their policy upon renewal or instigation of initial contract.

Good Afternoon, I am contacting you regarding file [redacted]. Trans Alarm has yet to contact me regarding a refund. This is the same behavior I have dealt with for more than a year. All talk, no follow up. Can you reopen this complaint and contact the company, please.   Thank you, Allyson Pfaltzgraff

I 'd like to apologize to our former customer for the confusion surrounding this complaint and will review the circumstances.  If the customer is correct (and I assume that is the case), we will promptly accommodate the refund request.
