Tranquility Spa & Salon

Review: I purchased an $85 gift certificate to Tranquility Spa & Salon on February 19, 2014 for my son's girlfriend. On Monday, we went on line to find their hours and discovered they closed and we could not obtain a refund on the gift certificate because they were no longer being accepted after May 12th. I was never notified in any way they were going to close. Their website shows they closed on May 10th. I then went to their [redacted] page and found additional information that read they were only giving customers until May 12th to cash in their gift certificates. I find this unacceptable and would like to either be able to use the gift certificate at another salon or receive a refund. I am hoping there is something you can do to assist in this matter.
