Tranquility Day Spa

Went to get my eye brows down and the woman took to much off of one and now they are uneven . I'm very upset and wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone.

I was charged above the highest published pricing for services without notice or warning of additional fees and given inadequate explanation.On 11/15/14 the most expensive posted rate for a gel fill was posted $26. I chose my color, as directed, and the manicure began...the sales rep, [redacted], suggested a change in color, without any information about upcharges. When handed the bill for $35, the counter could not adequately explain the disparity. There was insufficient explanation, other than $5 more for this other color chosen by sales rep. Again, she never provided prior information of heightened charges before application began. Either way, the price was above and beyond any advertised pricing.Desired SettlementA refund would be welcomed. More importantly, the business should acknowledge use of deceptive business practices.
