Review: I have had this cleaning service for several months so I trusted to leave my house when it was being cleaned. The last few visits however things started to go missing. I waited to confirm and verify it was the house cleaner before reporting it to the owners. Unfortunately on the last visit yet another item was gone. I informed the owners [redacted] and [redacted] who in turn did nothing! They actually started to defend the worker and would not take any responsibility. The items were not large or expensive but some were my favorite. It is so sad when this happens and trust is lost. They did not apologized or offer to compensate for the items. They did threaten to have there attorney contact me.Desired Settlement: The items taken were clothing. The approximate value amount of $200.00 to $250.00.
