I am rejecting this response because: The Trails at Rockwell indicates in the 2nd paragraph on their resolution letter that we do not owe for the month of June but they're still wanting us to pay $905.00 minus $43.00 totaling $862.00 for the month of July. They also...

indicated that we moved out on May 28, 2016 but we actually moved out on May 20, 2016 and we have the papers to prove when we turned in our keys. They also called me on May 29, 2016 advising that our apartment had already been leased out and we only owed for liquidated damages in the amount of $905.00. Per paragraph one in their resolution letter and on the contract  states that we would only have to pay 1/2 of the month(July) in which our contract ends on July 28, 2016. They're telling you (Revdex.com) that this has been resolved because we do not owe June rent but we're stilling being told that we do owe the $905.00 on paper but verbally told that we owe $862.00 by July 6, 2016 for liquidated damages. If we owe anything it should only be 1/2 ($452.50) of July rent which we paid $905.00 monthly. I do not understand if the apartment has been rented out as of June 2016 why they're still asking for money because now they're collecting double rent for an apartment that's already occupied by other occupants.Sincerely,
