We just picked up our travel trailer and couldn't be happier with both the service and technical support we got. The staff kept us informed of everything during the process and did a custom plumbing job while only charging for a fraction of it. Trailer Source of Colorado Springs will be our RV shop from now on.

Purchased 5th Wheel there, at 8 month mark brought trailer back for warranty service. Trailer sit on lot for 3 months, I called twice a week to check status. Every time it was lie after lie from Receptionist and Lead Mech. Randy, finally picked my trailer up and NOTHING had been done. All lies, and after we left a clear complete easy to read List of all problems that needed to be addressed on this Brand New Trailer, as instructed by your owners manual. We left copies of list x3 inside of different areas of trailer and two copies with front office and two copies personally handed to Lead Mechanic. This incident was for trailer purchased in 2013, with one year warranty window.
