Tradesmen Remodeling did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Beautiful tile work in the shower.

Great work and done with project on time. Project even came in under budget and we received a credit back. Would highly recommend Jason and the crew. *** and

We worked with Jason and Jon as we began thinking of remodeling two bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. We also added new floor/stool to a basement bathroom. Jason and Jon were easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. Scott and Mike were great to work with. They also listened to what we wanted and were willing to answer questions or fix small issues as they came up. They also finished the bathrooms/kitchen work ahead of time. Jason and Jon provided information on where to get new carpeting, and a new dishwasher. We will definitely recommend Tradesmen to anyone needing any type of remodeling. Great people to work with!

Jason and Jon were very helpful in making this basement project easy and as painless as a remodel can be. I had the ideas in my head and Jason and Jon were able to relay it to Scott who made it come to life. I had done a lot of research on the look I was going for in a Pub style bar so I knew what I was looking for (kind of) :)
Between the three of them and their suggestions it turned out better then I had anticipated. Along the remodel they kept me up too date and asked questions from me rather then guessing what I may want. With Kari in the office keeping me informed on timelines and deadlines this was a much better process then I thought it would be.
Very happy with Tradesmen and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family

I just wanted to THANK Jason and his awesome team Nick & Justin were amazing!! professional, courteous & really assisted with everything in my Bathroom & Kitchen Remodel, It was amazing ! Remodels are not easy to live through but they made it bearable!! Love my Kitchen and bathroom, especially the craftsmanship of the custom work and affordable!

Tradesmen Remodeling just remodeled our bathroom and kitchen. Jason was the first contractor I talked to that really wanted to hear what I had to say and work with me rather than just trying to sell me his products. He also waited 2 full years as our life events delayed the start of our remodel. We were ready to begin our project when my husband became ill. We revised our kitchen remodel to add a handicap accessible bathroom needed urgently for my husband. Jason was upfront about not being an ADA contractor and never having done an ADA bathroom. I got bids from Jason and a local ADA contractor. I went with Jason not only because he underbid the other contractor but also because he did his homework and came up with a wonderful design for us.
Once work began Nick and Justin were always very kind, professional and amazing crew. They created an absolutely beautiful zero entry bathroom that meets all our needs. Nick also designed and built a reading nook in the space outside the bathroom that no longer was a usable area as it had been. Nick and Justin were just as meticulous in creating my gorgeous kitchen and redesign of the pantry and tile flooring. The results are even better than I could have imagined. Jason and the crew were wonderful to work with, no surprises or hidden fees in contract, very open to some changes we asked for and finished ahead of schedule with all our projects. I felt like we were in good hands and could trust any suggestions made by Jason and his crew.

We had our entire basement, approximately 1300 square feet, done by Tradesmen Remodeling, we added 3 bedrooms, one a large master-type suite, a huge bathroom and a recreation / TV room. Tradesmen was wonderful to work with, and were able to accommodate many requests we had for specific "wants & wishes" in our remodel. Their sub-contractors were all polite, friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. Their project manager, John was always quick to respond and was on site regularly to be certain things were moving along efficiently. There were a few hiccups along the way but working through them was handled professionally and timely and the outcome was always geared to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with how the basement turned out. Thank you to Jason and the entire Tradesmen crew.

We just completed our Master Bathroom remodel with Tradesmen Remodeling and could not be more pleased. Communication was key and from the start we laid out the plan and contract with Jason. The first day of scheduling Jason brought our team Jon (our point man) and Brandon that did the work from start to finish. We could not be more pleased with how smoothly the job went as well as the high quality in their work. We did have limited options in the choice of countertop materials but found an acceptable one for us. We also had the option to choose outside of their choices in any of the items given in our allowances. April did an exceptional job of communicating and keeping track of any of our purchases vs them supplying. For instance we ordered our own faucets and our allowance was credited on the last invoice. Everything was clear and all reconciled on the last invoice, so there were no surprises. That gave us great flexibility in choosing any of our items. We did the same with one of the decorative windows we chose and they supplied the other window that was block glass. It was the easiest and smoothest project we've done over the past 30+ yrs of home ownership. We highly recommend them and plan to use them on a future project as well. We loved having our own team to work with from start to finish! We love our quality remodeled Master Bathroom!

I recently had a kitchen remodel and flooring done by Tradesmen. I worked with Troy and John. Troy did a beautiful job and if I had a concern or question, he immediately addressed it. He was very professional and gave me my dream kitchen. When selecting granite there was a limited selection by Tradesmen so I did end up going to a recommended business in Denver to pick out the granite I wanted used in my kitchen. John would check in on a regular basis to make sure we had supplies and everything was going as expected. He always was easy to contact if I had additional questions also. I would recommend Tradesmen and plan on using them in the future when I'm ready to remodel the bathroom.

My new bathrooms were completed yesterday and they are beautiful.
I've had a wonderful experience with the staff and craftsmen with this company and will recommend them to my friends. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns in a timely way, and went out of their way to contain my costs and give me advise.
I'm looking forward to their renovation of my master bathroom in the fall and know it will also be a success.
Thank you Jason, April, Jon, Amanda, Jeremy and Jeremy.

We had a negative experience with Tradesmen Remodeling. Their vendor had limited choices, causing us to use 3rd party vendors. This caused severe communication issues and was used as an excuse for Tradesmen's responsibilities in communicating and also completing the agreed upon project. Our renovation was left unfinished causing us to have to hire out for two different pieces of the project. They also did not put pulls back on the cabinets and had to be reminded several times to put an outlet back in the island. Multiple sub-contractors were sent to our site which also caused communication break down. When we wanted to talk to workers in our home to make sure everyone was on the same page, they typically were unaware of several items that needed to be completed. We would then gets disrespectful responses from Tradesmen Remodeling. At one point, they instructed us not to talk to anyone working in our home. We were told that the things we were asking for were "change orders" when they were discussed several times at the beginning and throughout the project directly to Tradesmen Remodeling. On more then one occasion, they would not follow through with agreed upon times for construction or would show up unannounced. This was discussed as a concern of ours before agreeing to do the project as we have a toddler and an infant and needed advanced notice of timelines. We were assured this would not be an issue. Overall very poor customer service and left with an unfinished project.

Tradesmen Remodeling Response

Tradesmen Remodeling (TMR) has many policies in place to ensure that we can deliver a quality project as timely as possible. These practices were clearly discussed prior to any contract signing. One of them is that TMR does not work directly with some vendors that are not on our list of approved vendors. The reason for this is that we do not know the quality or timeliness of their products. However, customers are welcome to work with other vendors directly and TMR will coordinate our part around theirs. TMR does not prefer to work in this way and explained these very concerns to the customer in an email as well as the opportunity for this customer to cancel their contract with TMR since this would require them to coordinate two of the major parts of the project on their own.
TMR also had to delay the start of the project as the cabinet company they chose delivered the cabinets weeks later than planned. Then, we had to wait another couple of weeks to get the first payment from the customer for us to start work. This required a complete change and rewrite of the schedule and addition of a couple of different phases as we had to wait for cabinets to arrive and then wait for the countertop company to install the countertops. TMR spoke with the countertop company many times to help ensure a timely install so we could move forward with our part. Unfortunately, the customers did not respond timely with the countertop company and they had to wait weeks to get the deposit from the customer to order the countertops. This caused another delay in the countertop install and therefore a delay in the next phase that we could complete.
We completed 100% of work contracted with the customer. Many times, throughout the project, the customers requested changes and additions to the work directly to the crew members. At one point, our crew had installed the cabinetry only to have the homeowner stop the work mid-way and change the layout of the cabinets. This took time and caused our crew member to be out of work for several days while TMR waited on a decision from the homeowner. Our crews are only allowed to complete contracted work orders. Any changes are written up as a change order and an additional work order is created for the crew. We requested the customer speak directly to the project manager about any changes/additions instead of the crew members. On more than one occasion, the customers tried scheduling the crew members for additional work on days they were not scheduled and told them they were required to do and it and was already approved by management. The project manager and general contractor had to make additional stops at this customer’s home as well as send phone and email communication repeating the same set of instructions. After several hostile and threatening comments by the wife, a crew member called management to explain they would not be able to finish their work on time because she would not let him work and kept trying to get him to change the scope of work. He instructed her to call the project manager and if it was approved, he would take care of the work. We sent an email explaining the cost and time of those changes/additions, which we did not hear back on for days. We left a voicemail and another email reminding them the day before we were scheduled to finish the job if they wanted the additional work done we would have to have payment upfront as is stated on the contract for change orders. We received no payment or approval of the changes and let them know we would not be doing that additional work. The island outlet was done at the same time all the other electrical work was done as scheduled. We were unaware of any issues regarding this before now.
The pulls were only brought to TMR attention after the work was completed. They were never a part of the original contract. In fact, the customer was asked if they wanted pulls installed at the first interview for the project. It is part of the interview check-list. The customer declined at that time. Therefore, pulls were never part of the scope of work. However, TMR would have been happy to install them as a courtesy had we known they wanted them installed. (All of this is documented).
We needed to use 2 crews as the first crew was unavailable by the time the next phase was ready. This was due to the delay of countertops getting installed because the deposit from customer was not made on time. We have email documentation of this from the countertop company that contacted us on numerous occasions because they could not get the customers to communicate timely with them and kept requested changes for the template date. They had worked out with the customer to handle temporary plumbing, something we do not offer, but the customer told them not to when they showed up to do it and told our crew member that he was required to do it as part of the contract.
Customer was advised that they were to talk to TMR management and not any crew members about scope of work as crew members are not privy to contract details and were there just to work. At no point was there any disrespectful communication between customer and TMR. All interactions and recordings of conversations are documented and saved. When referenced, TMR found that statement to be completely untrue. The emailed request was for all changes/additions/questions be directed to Project manager and not crew members.
Much of the work was done on days that the customer requested, but when the crew would arrive they would ask if they would come back in an hour as the baby was sleeping. There was never a day or time that any crew member showed up unannounced.
We found that the customer had several different home projects that they were also doing themselves going on at the same time. A few times they told our crew members that they were supposed to do parts of those other projects that were never contracted with TMR. Surely, they could have been overwhelmed with these different projects and costs seemed to continually be an issue for them. We wish them the best as they finish out the different remodels.
It is always our intent to leave a customer with a great experience and a beautiful final product. We communicate our policies and procedures upfront and encourage all our customers to ask questions about our operations so that they are left with that good experience when working with our company.

Remodeling a bathroom. Very satisfied, they kept to their quote, their appointments, & addressed any concerns that came about on a relatively complex job. Their workmen were professional & courteous. I would use them again.

Very professional, excellent craftsmanship, the project was completed on schedule and on budget.
