I heard good things about this company so chose them to replace my roof even though it took several months for them to get started but it wasn't an emergency so that was fine. The young men that did the work were very nice & kept things clean. I was disappointed that the tiles they used weren't the heavy concrete tile that was already on my roof & they hadn't cleared the roof by the time the new tiles were delivered so more of my good tiles were broke. The worker tried to stagger the mismatched tiles the best he could. Final payment upon completion Aug 2 2013. Fast forward one year. Aug 9th 2014 I lost almost 2 rows of tiles in the middle of my roof. I left a message & sent an email without reply. I called them again & told them they had put the roof on a year ago & the problem with tiles blown off, exposed felt & wood, with rain in the near forecast, that I at least needed tarping until the roof could be repaired. First appointment was way off, after I complained about rain due I was told I could see someone in 7 days. I told them to forget it, I didn't want more damage & I'd call my insurance to use their recommendation. I understand they are busy but this company sure isn't interested in taking care of their former customers, but then again if it rains real good there will be more repair to be done meaning they'd get to charge more. My insurance sent me to someone else.
