To whom it may concern:The Castle Inn & Suites has investigated the complaint lodged with the Revdex.com.  Our findings are that the item was not removed from the room by any employee.  No item was found after the guest departure.  On a daily basis valuable items are...

left behind by guests such as jewelry, electronics, laptops, and even cash.  These items are promptly returned to the guests.  It is highly unlikely that an item from a room that had not departed was removed.  As an act of goodwill the Castle Inn & Suites will provide a credit of $25 for replacement Minnie Mouse ears from Disneyland.  The guest will need to contact the hotel directly to organize the credit.  Please contact [redacted] the front office manager via email at [redacted].Thank you,Castle Inn & Suites

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
