After much research and many quotes we decided to have Trademark Roofing replace our shingle roof. Their representative Clay came to our home to measure the square footage. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process, the materials they would use and honestly answered our questions.
The day after we gave our 30% deposit for materials we received a detailed email explaining the whole process along with delivery instructions. Once the install started we could see their installers were very thorough and efficient. One very minor issue came up that we noticed after the roofing crew left. The owner of the company came out to see the finished roof and immediately corrected the problem himself.
Our roof looks great and we were very pleased we used Trademark Roofing, LLC
When I look at the Revdex.com rating I almost fell on the floor with a heart attack. I couldn't figure out from what I experienced how in the world they got their rating. They were one of the worst most unreliable and dishonest companies that I have ever dealt with, maybe even the worst. I hired them to locate and repair a roof leak over my garage, and almost a year later, it still leaks in the same place, so they failed in both cases. When they completed the job I asked them to leak check it via a garden hose and the roofer refused and told me it wasn't necessary. Their "two year warranty" is in words only; they have been putting me off for months, making one promise after another and never delivering. They scheduled three appointments over the past several months to come back but never showed nor called to offer an explanation. I have sent numerous texts, emails, and made many phone calls to the owner and the office with no results. No doubt I'm being ignored. I'm a senior citizen who has some health issues and I don't need this kind of unnecessary treatment from any company.
Hey ***,
First we want to apologize for our part of this. Any time a customer of ours feels neglected or unsatisfied with how we dealt with them then we do take that as a failure on our part. Secondly, we do honor every warranty we give but, however, not in the case if you have additional areas that are causing a leak outside of where we have performed a repair.
Just to clarify a few things:
Mortar work performed on 11/17/2017 for all of the cap tiles of your home that were loosened from Hurricane Irma. 4 of our employees worked to make sure all of them were reset, mortared without cracks, and painted to match the tiles. This work came out looking like new and you found the work very satisfactory.
The repair you are referring did go a little differently. We initially quoted you a price to also repair the leaking dead valley over the garage, however you chose do perform a minimal smaller repair over this area stating that there was no issue above where the water was showing to come in. We repaired the smaller area per your wish. You reported everything being okay until 6 months later ( May 2018) when you let us know water was again coming in. We performed a water test in May and found the leak to be originating above our repair area, coming in high up from on the roof. This was obviously outside of the area we repaired due to you choosing the smaller portion of the repair. You then chose to contact your insurance company to file a claim on additional hurricane damage. Your insurance adjustor contacted us and I provided what information I could to help assisting in the process of your claim. 4 months later you let us know they officially denied your claim. We unfortunately couldn't agree on the additional price it would be to extend our repair area up to cover where the leak was originating. You mentioned choosing another roofing company and we responded with we "understand your decision to move forward with another company". We also added that should you want us to continue with the repair we would have our Repair Supervisor contact you directly to continue with the repair. We do wish we would've provided more clear communication during this 10 month exchange, however we also couldn't perform work on the repair during the time you waited for the insurance company to inspect the claim you filed.
We do hope you were able to have the repair performed on your home by another company and if not please let us know so we can still offer our help.
Wishing you the best,
Tradmark Roofing
Damage from hurricane Irma and ten months later the insurance company finally agreed to pay for it. After many estimates I decided to go with Trademark. They handled the job well. They were there when they said other than a delay for rain which I could see and did not call to ask why they were late. I was informed of the progress and the roof looks great. The big test is a large storm. But as far as dealing with them and the finish being a nice roof....I give them an A+
From all of us here at Trademark Roofing it was a pleasure working for you. Please don't hesitate if you or a family member ever need anything at all!
Leak in roof after ridge vent replaced.
In September 2016, I had Trademark replace the ridge vent on a house that I had purchased. Last year after hurricane Irma, I noticed a leak on the dining room ceiling. I immediately called Todd and told him about it. He was to call back and come check out the roof. He never came and never returned my call. Last week we had a 4 inch rain one morning, and the roof leaked again. I contacted a roof repair company and they came out and resolved the problem. They found that the ridge vent was a very poor installation. One place that they tried to place a screw, did not hit a joist, so they removed it and placed it about an inch to the right to hit the joist. They just left the hole in the roof, and that is where the leak was.
Don't mind paying for quality work, but this was not quality work. I believe I should be refunded the labor for this job.
First, we are very sorry to hear of *** issue. To state the situation, the customer was purchasing a home and the home inspection showed the ridgevent to be an issue. We replaced the existing ridgevent on a roof that was installed by an other company. The ridgevent did not show a leak for 12 months (including the summer months) until hurricane Irma hit Florida. Trademark Roofing does not have a record of the customer calling at this time to state their leaking condition, although Trademark Roofing like every roofing company was initially overwhelmed after Irma. We do apologize if we missed ***, it sincerely was not our intention. Our office was also without power for the first two weeks after the hurricane, which *** have contributed to missing *** call. 10 months later, when *** noticed the leak stain again, he did not attempt to contact Trademark Roofing but instead a separate company. Had Trademark Roofing been made aware of *** situation, we would have taken every necessary step to correct it. We are apologetic in the initial handling during Irma, but would also have preferred to have heard of the leak noticed by *** last week. It is entirely possible, since the ridgevent had no issues for 12 full months after the initial replacement, that this is Hurricane related. On a technical installation note, we do not install ridgevent screws in order to hit trusses, they are installed per the Manufacturers specs into the plywood sheathing. We simply would not remove a screw in order to hit a truss, leaving a screw-hole behind. Trademark Roofing does not agree with the other unnamed roofing company that this installation was done in poor workmanship.

I called *** as soon as the leak appeared. He was to get back with me, because he was busy at the time with repairs to other roofs that were damaged by hurricane Irma. The people that repaired my roof found a large hole near one of the screws that they put in. We just assumed they had removed a screw and moved it. I did not call them back just recently, because they did not ever respond to my initial call.
I cannot say enough good things about Trademark Roofing. I have been referring other people to them as well. Fair prices, they are there when they say they will be there, jobsite is cleaned up everyday, workers work from the time they get there until they are done for the day without a supervisor to watch them all day long, now that is impressive! Work is guaranteed for leaks for 10 years. You won't be disappointed.
The whole experience has been the best we have ever had with a contractor.
Thank you trusting us with your roof. It was a pleasure to work for you, and if we can ever help a family member or friend please don't hesitate to let us know!
From all of us at Trademark Roofing, Thank you.
I would most definitely recommend TradeMark Roofing they were easy to work with, prompt considering our visit from Irma. They did nightly clean ups too
5 stars
Thank you so much for trusting us with your Roof and the great review! If you ever need help with anything (besides help with watching the grandkids) please don't hesitate to let us know!
Sincerely,
The Family here at Trademark Roofing
I was so excited through this whole roofing process. Hurricane Irma took my shingles off and damaged some boards but my new roof is replaced now by TradeMark Roofing, LLC and it looks fantastic! Danielle was super easy to work with in the office, she explained the process step by step with clarity and every step was just and true! The men that did the hard labor were friendly, clean and professional. Professional workers with manners that treat you like respectful family. I never doubted them. It is also about the fair price! I chose a Sandy Brown color, call me crazy, lol, but I think it resembles cork board, I am super excited about how great my roof looks! My husband used to do roofing and he's happy as well. We are now ready to finish the rest of Irma's damage on other parts of our home so we can put all of this behind us now!
Thank you so much Rhonda for the great review and the great experience working for you on your roof. You made our week!
Great company. After a hurricane took off a few shingles on my roof, Trademark was the only company to answer their phone, then go right there and give me a quote. Being there were only several shingles gone, they told me that I would have to wait for a re-roof because they had other customers with much more damage that they had to tend to first. This was very reasonable to me. They did come when they said they would, and completed when they said they would. Clean up was great. I would recommend to anyone.
Hey ***,
Thank you so much for trusting us with your roof! We're so happy with how your roof went, and it was truly a pleasure to work for you. If you or a family member ever need anything else that we can help with please let us know.
Todd.
Leaking roof repair
I had Trademark roofing come out a few months ago and replace soft plywood near the soffit. They repaired a large portion of the shingles and I developed a leak. They were out there 3 time to repair the same leak, They also had to repair the drywall that was affected. Again it is leaking in the same spot and the same spot on the drywall they repaired is damaged again.I spoke with a women there and she told me *** would call me back right away. He will not return my call. I am faced with having another company come pout a replace it. I am going down to file in small claims court on Monday
I want the shingles and numerous pieces of plywood redone and drywall fixed and painted. Never had a leak prior to their repair

The homeowner contract us to repair a leak on his 17-year-old roof. We replaced the rotted plywood we found, and repaired an area in the bottom half of his roof. He called us about a month later and let us know that there was a leak occurring in his bathroom in the area of our repair. The two owners of the company personally came out and applied sealant where our repair met his existing older roof. We also at our expense repaired his drywall from that leak. We water tested the area we repaired with a hose while the homeowners wife was home and verified that no leak existed in our repair area. We have not heard from the customer in the last three months regarding any leaks, not even during the three days of continuous rain we had while hurricane Harvey passed *** Florida. Now after hurricane Irma directly hit our area he has now informed us of a leak in his bathroom. He called us two days after the hurricane hit our area to inform us of this, while our office in homes still did not have power or Internet. When power was restored and we were able to communicate on the phones again, we probably called the homeowner. We explained that the water test proved that our repair area is not leaking, but rather his older roof that is above our repair area is leaking and showing up where our repair meets his older roof. We also directed him to the warranty given to him with the repair that clearly outlines that this scenario is common with repairs on older roofs and can occur, and additional work could be performed to correct the leaking that is occurring above our repair. The homeowner expressed that he does not want to pay for any more repairs to his older roof since he plans on replacing the roof next year. In conclusion, we are readily willing to perform the extra repair that is necessary above our previous repair to stop his leak, but based on the 15 minute conversation the owner of trademark roofing had with The homeowner, The homeowner is not open to working through this issue if it does not come totally free to him. Again this scenario was clearly laid out in the warranty provided to him on the initial estimate and invoice Before Trademark Roofing. Evan any work on his home. The warranty on the invoice dated May 11th 2017 says "Trademark Roofing warranties the above repair to be leak-free for a period of 2 years following completion. This warranty is limited to the area directly worked. Should a leak develop outside of this repair area, these may be repaired at an additional cost. This also includes any parts of a roof or valley above the repaired area that were not worked on by Trademark Roofing".

I do have a 17 year d roof true. They sent out a guy who piece together small pieces of plywood. No keep in mind I never had a leak in my house prior to the repair. Their not Bing honest about the job. The first rainfall we had I all of a sudden developed a leak. They sent some one out to repair it. A few days later it leaked again in the same spot. Again they came out. Problem solved right. No. The past hurricane had hollowing wind. Once again the leak developed in the same spot. The shingles never ever sat flat in spots. I was smart enough to keep all dates I had with the company.. yes its true I am replacing the roof next year. Funny never ever had a leak in my 17 year old roof till I hired this company. Shoddy work. All's I want is a decent job I paid for. By the way the gutters were bent and drip edge is twisted. Never had that before in my 17 year old roof.
Amazing People, Amazing Work.
I contracted with Trademark Roofing to repair a leak over my roof. They were there exactly the day they said they would, were done within two days, and it has never leaked since. Price is important to me, and they charged exactly what they said they would and not a dollar more. Thanks Trademark Roofing!!
Thanks for being a great customer, and if you or a family member ever need anything please let us know.
And make sure you keep finding time for the golf course!

Todd M., the owner, came out personally to bid on the job. Having been in sales for 20 years, I can read people pretty well. I had a good instinct about Todd, so I hired him. Everything he told me came about on time, exactly as he laid it out. Not only was my job a re-roof, but I needed a repair on our lanai flat roof. Everything was handled quickly and beautifully. I can't say enough about Trademark Roofing. They deserve continued success! Hire them!
