I had them come out and replace a hot water at a descent price but their installer pulled the vent pipe out and now when it rains water runs down into the heater and they offered to fix it for another 129.00 I have replaced the hotwater heater several times and have never had to pull the pipe out and break the seal was told by the company they would do it for 99.00 since the guy never mentioned but after some negotiation they did decide to repair at their expense, although I was told it needed repaired from the inside they repaired it from the outside I guess I will find out the next heavy rain. They seem to care about their reputation which is a good thing, hopefully it is ok
