I have joined tradebit as a merchant couple month back. Initially I had some trouble with their system but I must agree that tradebit has an awesome and very efficient customer support, Specially the gentleman named ([redacted]).

All in all a great site for purchasing digital contents. I am really happy that I have jointed tradebit and I wanted to know everyone my experience with tradebit. My highest recommendation of tradebit to everyone and I give them FIVE STAR!!

Review: I have been billed on my [redacted] statement a charge for 49.00 on March 12, 2014. I disputed the charge with BOA asking for an

explanation of what item was purchased as I have no records of this transaction. I received a reply from BOA with some very basic

information from Tradebit Inc. A photocopy sheet states categorys: computers, accessories and services/Digital content.

This does not explain in detail what this charge was for and what I received for this service with a payment charge of 49.00Desired Settlement: I want to know exactly what this 49.00 charge was for, what I received for this 49.00 and the name of the company that this

payment was made to. If it is a legitimate charge which I agree to have made, this will end my inquiry. If I do not get

detailed information I will want a credit of 49.00 on my [redacted] card.

Credit card processors do not receive information about what products you bought, only some basic information about Tradebit and the charge total.
