Hello and thank you for allowing us to respondWe have reached out to Mrs*** and offered to fix the glass and ask if she could take to repair facility, she has not responded at this point As stated in the complaint Mrs*** did take an option for a $valuation
deductible, which she is responsible for paying before any damage will be covered, this is why our claims department has not covered the itemOnce again we have tried reaching out to Mrs*** to help fix the glass although the coverage she opted to take, doesn't warrant our liability to fixWe will not extend this offer past December Thank you
