Review: Tracy Press has consistently failed to address my complaint to STOP delivery of their paper despite numerous calls to circualtion manager Christy.

I have called this paper almost every Friday for the last 2 months to get them to stop delivery of their paper. I have spoken to the circulation manager Christy and to other office personnel to no avail. They refuse to retrieve the paper when their delivery service leaves it littering my yard/driveway. It poses a security risk when I am out of town. I do not understand why they cannot do what they say they are going to do which is to stop delivery.Desired Settlement: STOP DELIVERY OF THIS PAPER. I DO NOT WANT IT. I DO NOT AUTHORIZE THE DELIVERY. I AM TIRED OF ASKING FOR THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Review: I have been calling this newspaper company to stop delivering to my home address for months or even years now and lately even weekly, because I am always told when I call them that they will take care of it but instead it has become more frequent if not becoming permanent.
