direction from the claimant, only from the builder - to which we complied.  We have worked with this builder on several other projects and always comply with the builder's request on the jobs - as he is our employer on them.  We suggest this matter be closed as referring to our company as we were never hired by the claimant.Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding this claim.
