On the 16th of March 2016, I went to the Men's club also known as the French quarter club to have some fun After a few minutes, I was approached by two show girls (strippers) and a guy I wanted to watch the strippers but they forced me to the vip and asked me to sign the receipts that they brought saying I am using the vip section for the night I refused, but they kept raising their voiceBeing afraid, I signed the receipts hoping to dispute this later with my bank As soon as I did, they worked away, and I was able to leave too I went to this place: No service was offeredI had no issue with themThey charged me $on my credit card for no reason I called the finance department for two daysShe kept redirecting my callToday, she told me that the amount wont be refundedThis place is a huge fraud

Our contracts provide collection services for the City of Tracy, Mountain House and County Service Area F (South County Tracy Area). Accordingly, the complaint #[redacted] does not apply to our company. 
Please promptly revise the complaint to reference the appropriate franchised collector.

Review: I have had to file a complaint against this agency for the second time for failing to provide service to my residence. I have reported on numerous occasions that the truck driver that's picks garbage up in my area fails to collect my garbage. Not only am I denied services, but corporate has sent emails to the local management team instructing them to take action and collect my garbage and still, I have been denied services. I called the local waste management office today after 3 days of having my garbage sitting on the curb and I was told that they came yesterday and decided that my garbage was overloaded and refused to take the garbage. First of all, I have cameras in my property and as I looked back on the days activity, no o e came to even inspect the garbage. Secondly, it would be obvious that if they fail to collect garbage, more garbage would be added each and every day that goes by. Finally, every time that there is an issue, the local management team makes false statements to cover their lack of taking action.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a credit on my bill because this company has failed to provide service.
