Review: I turned in my car for a car wash and when the service was completed the car was returned with the drivers side floor matt missing. I pointed it out to the service person and was told that they would need to review the video to see what happened and get back to me. The next day I returned to the business and was told that they reviewed the video and everything that was taken out of the car was returned to the car. I asked if the video showed all 4 of the floor matts and the service person would not respond so I asked to see the manager. The service person went to the managers office and returned with the response that the manager was too busy to see me today and I would need to come back on another day to see the manager Mr. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my floor matt replaced.

Customer's Name [redacted] visited our car wash around 1pm,We did watch video play back what happen lost driver side floor mat on Jun/10 16:09. He was sitting in my office did watch all transaction when brought in Vac area and done vac his truck several times but Honestly employee did work perfect job , it's mean when customer came in wash his car without driver side floor mat.It truly , he watched thru camera video, came in without driver side mat.so we don't have any responsibility ThanksIf have any question let me know
