We have been in contact with this customer and have been working with him to get his problems solved. We were out on his place on Monday July
28th, to address his issues. At this time the customer was okay with his mower and its performance. It was very hard to tell exactly if all the problems had been cured because of the poor grass conditions due to the weather. It was agreed upon between us and the customer for him to run the mower for a specified amount of time to see if everything is working okay. If at the end of this time period the customer is still not pleased with the performance we will continue to work with him to get his problems resolved. On Wednesday July 30th I received a call from the customer and he informed me that the mower has performed the “best it every has” since he had owned the machine. It was again agreed upon that he continue to use for specified amount of time to ensure that he was happy with the performance of the machine. At this time the customer is still in possession of the unit and is going to try it a couple of more times when the grass conditions improve and can get a “real” feel for how the mower is performing. At this time all communication between us and the customer has been positive and we are working together to reach a solution.
