Track My Stack

I was charged by Track My Stack, despite having deactivated my account using their system. I was never given any warning that deactivating my account was not the same as closing my account and I was never given a receipt when they charged me.

When I was reviewing my Credit Card statement, I had a charge from TMS Health that I didn't recognize. I contacted my Credit Card and filed it as fraudulant because as far as I had known at the time, someone had used my card somewhere in Toronto despite me living in Vancouver so I thought it had been compromised.

2 weeks after filing, I was contacted by "" from Track My Stack (@gmail.com) letting me know that they had gotten the fraud complaint and that they were contacting me so we could work together on getting the charge figured out.

I told them that I would contact my bank and let them know that it's not fraudulant which I did, and they told me that I would be getting my money back. This was on June 1 2018.

They still haven't refunded my money and are giving me the run around about this situation. I was told they would let me know July 5 2018 what was going on and I emailed them today and they have changed that date to September 22 2018.

I am contacting you over the fact that I was charged in the first place despite it not saying anywhere in their Terms of Service or Privacy Policy that deactivating the account wouldn't stop your account from being charged after their trial period.

I just signed up on 1/21/18 for the 7 day free premium trial. Was told by the manager to email him and he would cancel my free trial not bill me annually after 7 days. I sent him that email to cancel in addition to emailing them multiple times for those 7 days. I was billed $59.99 today for the annual membership and NO RESPONSE!...***
