Review: Purchased more than 500 dollars in tickets for a event in las vegas. Arrived before the time specified and we were not allowed to go in. The line was hours long. We waited and waited more than three hours until security told us the venue was full and we could not go inside even though we had tickets in hand. Contacted wartickets for refund and they stated the five day refund period had passed. TI ME THIS SEEMS EXTREMELY UNFAIR. We had tickets in hand ad waited in line for hours. The tickets should of been honored. I would like my complete money back. We arrived ontime and did nothing wrong. . Wartickets did not want to give me the refund for my tickets and would like them being contacted.Desired Settlement: I am expecting a full refund. I have all my emails saved stating the total cost and times of purchase. I spend hundreds of dollars to see this performer and this was not fair for us as customers.
