This company markets itself to be easy to implement and use. That is entirely fabricated. You must takes at-least half a dozen or more 1 hour courses to be able to even get to printing an invoice. I purchased this product without knowing this and was disappointed after attempting to use it for 2 months. I contacted the company to explain this software doesn't fit my needs as a small business and was advertised with falsity. They refused to give me a refund! I contacted the president of the company and he told me (and I quote), "Stupid people are like Glow Sticks. You want to crack them and shake them until the light comes on.Ted [redacted] President." He also implied that I was illiterate because (and I quote), "TPS markets it product to CPA firm who have an exceedingly high literacy rate," and told me I needed to reread the order form . I made a great decision by not wanting to continue doing business with a place that allows this type of treatment to former customers or anyone for that matter.
