The billing company TPS IV of PA LLC billed me $68 for the medical service (3/10/2015) on 9/15/2016 (I do not know why it took this long to get the bill after one and half year of service), while the insurance company explanation of benefit dated 1/6/2017 said I owe the provider $0. However the billing company sent this bill to collecting agency. I already contacted the collecting company for this issue for multiple times, there is no way except the billing company retract this collection. The insurance company contacted the billing company multiple times telling them they should not charge me for this. However the billing company refused to retract this collection from collecting agency for no reason although they got the explanation of benefit. It took me so much time to deal this issue while no progress is seen.

I received a biopsy 11/3/16 at *** Hospital in Philadelphia. The physician billing is what we are dealing with now. They billed the insurance and I had a balance of $14.65. I paid this on 12/10/16 via *** check #***. I have the cancelled check. They keep sending me bills stating I owe the $14.65. I paid it, I've sent them copies of the cancelled check, I've called and left them vm's and they keep billing me. Its been 8 months and I dont want this to go on my credit report. I know its "only" $14.65 but I work hard for my money and I'm not double paying them just to get it to go away. It's not right, and its fraudulent billing practices.
