Review: On January 20.2014 I bought from [redacted] from www.TPpacks.com an upgrade kit for a Zenmuse H3-2D gimbal for hexacopter , total purchase price $ 168.95.At the date he was advertising them as original board with upgradeable firmware, and in the pictures was a Viacopter board.I received the parcel after almost 3 months, but I paid for speedy service $23.95 and was suppose to take few days. As a result I could not fill a complaint with PayPal or my credit card company, (term 45 days). He send me few "order updates" that is on the way...but 3 months is way to much, I know for a fact that because I import regularly items from US. I put the board on the hexacopter, naturally I wanted to upgrade to the latest firmware, as per the instruction sheet from TPpacks.com . I could not upgrade, so I send to [redacted] an email asking what is going on. He sent me by email an very old firmware and told me that is ok. I reply and told him that is a problem with the board, as doesn't take the newest firmware. He said that the board what I got can not be upgraded because is a Chinese Clone with nulled firmware.I paid for an original upgradable AlexMos board, not for a fake Chinese clone so I asked explanations. He tried very hard to convince me that the original board is no better, and I will never need the upgrade. When I said that I want what I paid for or a partial refund due to the fake board, his reply was "Give me a break. ....rolleyes.....",and that he is feeling insulted by my request.I have no idea if he is doing this to all the customers , or he thought that if I am in Africa , is nothing what I can do about. This is totally fraudulent, and in my opinion I will classify it as theft. Advertise an original product and send fake Chinese clones. Not only he is cheating his customers but is in direct copyright violation with the real owner of the proprietary firmware [redacted] from www.basecamelectronics.com as he is charging me the fees but doesn't send royalties to the real owner.Desired Settlement: I want a partial refund of $70.00 the price difference between the original board and the fake board what he send me.
