TPC Heat and Air

TPC Heat & Air installed a complete system 2 1/2 years ago in my home. I paid thousands of dollars for the heat & air unit. I've had several problems with it since the installation. My heat would go out and not come back on. I noticed water dripping from my kitchen ceiling and around the light fixture, leaving me afraid to turn on the lights in my kitchen. I contacted Tim with TPC. He did come out rather quickly to address the issue. One week later, it started to leak again so I contacted him and sent pictures to his cell phone. The pictures showed the damage to my ceiling, and he used my Christmas wrapping paper that I had in my attic in a plastic storage bin to prop up a water line in the attic. I sent photos of that as well along with the leak where the water was ruining my ceiling. Tim does come once again rather quickly this time leaving me a bill saying I was out of warranty. (Which I paid) only to wake up again four weeks later with water pouring again from my kitchen ceiling. This time I contacted my brother-in-law to help me as I had no more money to give to only have the same problem. I sent a text, a friendly text, to Tim letting him know this was very unprofessional on his part and got absolutely nothing. Not I apologize or I'll come help your brother-in-law or I'll check on you. I am really disappointed with the service and work provided by Tim with TPC heat & air. ??
