I tried to change the shipping address on my cabinet. I had already talked to Customer Service and arranged for a person to sign, but neigther they nor I realized the address was wrong, even though we talked about the delivery city/state. The cabinet had not left Ohio, but they would not let me redirect shipping to the correct delivery site, even paying the normal shipping charge! I own another cabinet and multiple accessories from TP Tools and the experience has drastically changed my view of the company.

Stopped in on 12-19-14 to look around the store. Spoke with [redacted] about a cabinet blaster and ended up buying one. [redacted] no nonsense of this is what it will do and this is what it won't do approach was greatly appreciated. I was looking at another cabinet from a manufacture in Canton, Oh ten minutes from me but the owner just rubbed me the wrong way.

I look forward to adding accessories as I need them from TP Tools.
