TP Cast

Ordered a TP Cast VR unit from the company on 4/30/requested the order be cancelled on 5/1/I was asked to send an email to ***@tpcast.cn with my order number and contact information and a reason for returnI was then told to refuse the package which I did before it even arrived at my location by calling FedExTracking # XXX XXXXX XXXXIt was received by TPCAST on 5/9/by ***I have called times asking where my refund is and I get the same answer "Someone will contact you in 24-hours" I never get a call or email back it has been almost a week since they received their item back and they are refusing to refund my moneyTotal $
This unit is an ato the Oculus Rift VR system which is intended to make the headset wireless from the computer used to run it
They are selling this unit that does not function as intended without disclosing the Microphone will not work and there will be a visible green line on the display of the headset screen
