I am rejecting this response because: No the issue has not been resolved and the store has never contacted
meI contacted them but was informed by the store manager that they could not help me because my bank was at fault for not posting the transactionBut that was not true I have proof ( statement of transaction from my bank showing when the check was sent through)that the transaction was not sent to my bank until a month and a half after the check was written

I am rejecting this response because:
The attachment shows multiple times I spoke to them and was told over and over the money would be in the bank , their emails make it look like I just contacted them, my grandson went without a present because of them, my money is in the bank it came yesterday, like I said if the money would have been back when they said it would the first or even second time I would have been satisfied but now I'm not, I feel they should send the toy to show they are truly sorry

Placed an order 12/21/paid extra to have delivered by Christmas, when I received the FedEx tracking delivery date is set to 12/ Called Toys R Us and they would do nothing except to tell me I can go purchase another $item at a store and then return the item that is shipping to me What about the extra money I paid to get it here by the 25th Well if it doesn't show up then yes you can call us back
