Absolutely terrible service!! I've always done my regular servicing hereThe most recent time, however, they serviced my brakes and created a squeaking noise that I have since had to come back times for I keep getting passed around to different service reps and technicians I've had conversations with Mario, (the manager) over the phone since he's never there on Saturdays, which is the busiest day of the week but the only day I can go He has yet to answer my questions and determine the actual problem and provide a solution for it They keep temporarily getting rid of the noise and it comes back to get even louder I would not recommend this service centre, especially considering that between me and my family, we have purchased two Toyota vehicles in the last years
