I am writing in reference to your complaint regarding the task of trying to obtain your license plates after the purchase of your new car.
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and or distress this may have caused you.
We take great pride to ensure that important matters such as this are properly processed. Although we have no real control over another state, and their licensing practices we understand the inconvenience.
In light of this, we are refunding the full amount of $176.00. We hope this will be acceptable to you.
 
I will call you to ensure this meets with your approval, and to let you know when you should receive the refund check.

To whom it may concern in reference to complaint  [redacted], The check was mailed on 6/22/2017 via certified mail.
