I bought a brand new 2015 tundra and they truly earned my business. I usually only deal with one dealership, but this place saved me about 3,000$ and I got a better vehicle than I was expecting! (Limited, not just an SR5) I wasn't really looking for a limited because I thought it was out of my budget. But they gave me a Limited for a better price than any other dealership was quoting me for an SR5. This dealership truly was the best truck buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to Steve(salesman), Chris(sales manager), and Kim(finance), for a great experience!
Review: I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Slidell on February 16, 2016, paid in full with a check from Hancock Bank. As of today, March 8, 2016, my county of residence (Hancock County of Mississippi) has not received any paperwork so that I can register and obtain a tag for my vehicle. I called the dealership today (March 8, 2016) and they informed me that they sent the information to the wrong address and that they would have to apple for a duplicate title. I have spoken with the local tax assessor's office (Hancock County, Jimmie Ladner, Jr.) and the State of Mississippi about driving the vehicle. They both said that I cannot drive the vehicle legally because it has been 9 days since I purchased the vehicle. So therefore I am having a vehicle sit in my driveway that I cannot drive.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund including all warranties purchased.
