Honestly, I wish I could rate the fine team of professionals at Continuous Customer Care higher than "positive"We were visiting another city that is hours away from home over the Labor Day weekend when our engine developed problemsWhat would've otherwise turned into a long drawn out process full of inconveniences, time away from work, arranging a rental vehicle and figuring out how to transport our vehicle to home was expeditiously resolved by these professionalsThey were able to authorize the repairs required all the while they provided us vital communicationMy sincerest gratitude to this great team!

What would've otherwise turned into a long drawn out process full of inconveniences, time away from work, arranging a rental vehicle and figuring out how to transport our vehicle to home was expeditiously resolved by these professionals. I am a die-hard Toyota fan in a GM family. Toyota has always been great to me. Toyota financial however has done everything in their power to ruin my commitment to the brand. I've had the worst 5 customer service calls of my life and they're all with Toyota financial. If it wasn't the representative hanging up on me because I asked to talk to a manager, it was belittling talk like I was unimportant. The reps (all 5 of them) had something entirely different to say when asked about the facts of my account that should by all accounts be directly in front of them! They lied to me three times over the phone. They lost paperwork that cost me $30 in mailing fees, but the mail carrier said it was signed for! When I finally got a rep to agree to have a manager/supervisor call me back (and I verified the phone number to call back on) I never received a call. I call 3 days later and the rep after 30 minutes of wait and 15 minutes on hold tells me "what do you want me to do about it sir? They're very busy." No active responsibility for anything! They know the people have to maintain Toyota financial so they can treat their customers any way they want. Fed up. No more.
