I bought a Toyota *** 2018 on August 19 2019 from the company and they sold a defective upholstery that was hidden by a carpet and when I say it I told them I do not want a defective car, I was told to return it and get another one on September 1st 2019. When I got there the second day the manager told me to wait till I get the title because they process it on my name when the title came in I was there at their office as said by the manager and the sales representative. On getting there I was delayed for over 4 hours, for the branch manager to tell me they cannot exchange the car and walk away.I fell cheated and dis respected. The transaction is just 1 month and four days. I have all the messages I had with the sales representative and the paper work that says if you are not satisfy with the car either 3,000 miles or 90 days you can return it with me. I felt cheated and embarrassed with both the Sales Representative, Supervisor and the branch Manager. The first payment on this car will be October 3rd 2019 .All I want is justice.
