Numerous attempts have been made in contact by e-mail (no response), phone number on website (nobody ever answers at anytime of the day), Facebook website (no response or excuses), website refuses to allow me to remove credit card information, website refuses to allow me to change credit card information, website refuses to allow me to cancel order
