Thank you for attempting to contact the businessMy reason for disputing this whole transaction was the company was in no way upfront about the cancellation policy at the time of making my appointmentI was told by the company Townview dental participates with that I had no financial commitment and my case would be held for up to a year but was never told that they even had a day cancellation policy or else my red flags would have immediately gone upI am not disputing their cancellation policy, I have worked for greedy companies such as them that have bogus policies in place for capitalization so I understand those exsistI'm disputing the fact that they were not upfront and the fact that I never contractually obligated myself to their facilityI made an appointment and assumed because of my financial hardships I could get refunded money for services I never receivedTownview dental are avoiding the fact that they weren't upfrontIt should be clearly stated that your money will not be refunded under no circumstancesThe forwarded text from townview is posted after the factThey need to take ownership for their malpracticeIt's sad that they're supposed to offer a service to those who can't afford dental care but when a single mother that can't genuinely afford even the x-rays asks for her money back they decide to throw their cancellation policy aroundTiwnview, quit talking in circles, quit ripping people off and do what you know is right

Hello, thanks for asking for our side of the story regarding this $claim. The patient booked an appointment through the *** *** ***, for the dental appointments we require a $deposit. This money gets credited towards the patients exams and X-rays. I will attach the
email conversation between the *** *** *** and the patient as it was forwarded to us. Thanks
