Our Homeowners receive a Year Labor Warranty in addition to the manufacturers warranty. That warranty was provided over years ago and if there are ANY issues relating to the roof they are with the Manufacturer, not usI don't really consider this a valid complaint with our company as we
have satisfied the warranty reqirements

Andy [redacted] I asked for the information on which shingle was used and where was it purchased.  I was told they do't' keep any records over 10 years.  I don't think there should be issues with a 15 year old roof that will require me to replace the entire roof.  I had several roofers out to inspect and they all said there are some areas with installation problems.

Review: Was promised a certain time for a suit I needed for a funeral. The funeral was the next day at 10:00 AM. I dropped the suit off at noon the day prior and was promised the suit by 9:00 AM the next day of the funeral. My Wife arrived at 08:45 and was rudely yelled at and told to return at 9:00 AM. She arrived back at 08:58 and was rudely yelled at again to return at 9:00 AM. She arrived at 09:02 and was told the same and that the suit was not ready and had to be delivered. My Wife explained that I had a funeral to attend at 10:00 AM in Spotsylvania, VA and that she wanted a refund for it not being ready she was told they only give refunds if it is late by 15 minutes. The lady repeatedly yelled C'MON to my Wife and other things in Korean. The guy delivered my suit at 09:18 clearly past the 15 minute mark and we were denied a refund and as a result I was late to a funeral of a friend that served over 30 years of combined military and federal service.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund because the Suit was not ready within 15 minutes of the promised time of 09:00 AM.
