Mr*** purchased his BMW Xfrom Towne BMW 11/30/10. The factory warranty is yrs or 50,miles whichever occurs firstOn 1/13/this vehicle experienced a major internal engine problem.I had the engine torn down at the
expense of the service department only to discover a crank bearing had failed causing the engine to seize. I cannot state the exact reason for this failure. The vehicle warranty had expired 27,miles and months ago. I contacted BMW to make them aware of this situation and ask for assistance They offered owner loyalty towards the purchase of a new BMW vehicle. The customer at this time rejected this offer

We were in contact with the customer and brought their vehicle into the shop right away. Found left front wheel bent and alignment out. Worked with clients insurance company to replace wheel. Performed 4 wheel alignment and tire rotation at no charge.
