This is a very unfair settlementThey intentionally advertised a apartment size in order to get more moneyThey increased the size of the apartment by 31% and gave me back just $10,I was suppose to pay the amount advertised by the real estate as per square foot ($388/ sq.ft), but I instead paid $477/ sqftThe seller's attorney office called me on 3/**/and threatened me with a law suit, but they considered putting apartment size as appropriate? The attorney and Town real estate had the condo book in front of them, why wouldn't they correct the size of the apartment? If the attorney and Town real estate wore honest, then I wouldn't have to complain to Revdex.com and this problem wouldn't existThank you very much

Review: Im buying a studio condo [redacted] for $205K, from Town real estate. I suppose to have closing on 02/**-02/**/2015. In the advertisement states Sq Ft :566, but when I got the appraisal reports from [redacted] and [redacted] it states :429 sq ft. Town Real estate put 24% increased in sq ft, compare to the actual size. My attorney, [redacted] ###-###-####,didn't check anything, we didn't have a building inspector even. I put a deposit of $20,000 when I signed the contract before all inspectors. I thought Im buying a condo of 566 sq ft, but due to a false advertisement , I got 136 sq.ft less in actual size, than advertising by Town real estate . It could be a bedroom the size of 136 sq ft . My attorney states it is too late, nothing can be done or I will loose my deposit , of $20,000. I called Town real estate [redacted] ###-###-#### - he is playing game: he is waiting until the closing date, so is my attorney. Im arguing with my attorney since I got an appraisal report from the bank, but nothing got change. I asked my attorney to resolve this problem with seller's attorney, but nothing got done. I would never buy a pre-war condo of 429 sq ft. for $205,000. Can I get decrease in the price of condo due to false advertisement- less than 136 sq. ft =24 % decrease, compare to the actual size of condo?Desired Settlement: Can I get a decrease in the price of condo due to false advertisement-less than 136 sq.ft =24% decrease in size, compare to the actual size of condo?
