that is the reason why we kept the security deposit.
As of today 12/14/15 we have refund the $100.00 to his account for the inconvenience (it might take a few days to show on his account).
We do not take this charges lightly, we inspect every single room before we decide to hold the security deposit.

I appreciate the refund, but I do not like that I had to resort to the Revdex.com in order to resolve the issue. It was readily obvious that the motel was more concerned about its reputation than its customers. Because they would have tried to resolve this with the customer in the beginning. I'm that guessing most customers find this a hassle and most would write off the charge. I'd observe this motel for months to come to see if there's any fraudulent practices.
