Unclear billing isueNew house with Sump Pump broken stop working within 1.5 year. They say not cover by warranty but pay $80 replace pump (because pump still have factory warranty). But first guy came did nothing, just test my bad pump say" yes, its broken" that cost $180. 2nd guy came another day check all over again say" right, its pump broken, then replaced pump charged $80 + $90(labor). The 1/3 hp pump only cost $70 in [redacted] I already bought at home, only because they say $80 in the phone. So I returned pump back to [redacted]. then let them come. and now I have to pay $350 for just replace a $70 pump with 5min installation. The $180 and $90 was never mentioned in phone. and I paid $90 when replacing pump. After one and half month they say "I have to pay another $180". Way wait that long? I did not ask 1st guy come check my pump. I initially just asking warranty.Desired SettlementI paid $80(pump) + $90(labor) already. I accept there is charge for replacement.
