The admin staff at the dental practice is very inefficient at clearly communicating all the costs involved in treatmentsBefore I have any treatment done, I ask over the phone about the cost, how much will I pay and how much will my insurance cover? His staff (supposedly) checks, informs me and then I can decide if I have it doneThey have clearly failed at doing this! Upon arriving to my appointments, I double check again and if I have a "surprise" of something covered or not covered, I decided
