September 20, 2017Friday Motors, Inc. Attention: Debbie F *** Dear Ms F: On or around August 10th I contacted your company regarding several hard hits to my credit report I spoke with Cindy and then John M who were going to find out exactly what happened and get back to me within the next couple of days. I had to call your company again at which time John M had no answers for me and suggested that I leave a message for you and you finally contacted me on August 23rd and said that you would have your finance department look into the situation and find out what could be done to remove these hard hits off of my credit report and that you would let me know the status on fixing this situation. As of today I still have not had a response back from you nor have these hits been removed from my credit report. It is totally outrages that your company can run a credit check without permission using an individual's information based on a prior sale. I never gave your company or anyone in your company permission to run my credit and I find this so unethical and fraudulent. I hereby request that you immediately contact all three credit bureaus Experian, TransUnion and Equifax and have the following unauthorized hard hits removed from my account: • COAF run on 7/13 and 7/29•Zia CU run on 7/13, 7/29 and 7/31 • Del Norte CU run on 7/13 • GM Fin run on 7/31 • Credo run on 7/13 • Ally Fin 7/29 Sincerely, ***. *** Cc: Revdex.com

Town and Country Chevrolet of Taos Response

We received the letter from the customer and have been in process of contacting the banks involved as well as the credit bureaus. The Banks were not responsive to assist us in deleting the "hard" hits, however, we have received directions from all three Credit Bureaus on how to process the removal of these "hits" on Ms.' bureau. We are in process of resolution.

as history...Ms.' grandson authorized us to secure credit approval for a vehicle purchase as stated on his previous purchase contract. He informed our salesperson that he had his grandmother's permission and to proceed as per the previous purchase. We have his signature on the credit application for this transaction.

We will provide additional information as we proceed. Thank you.

I have tried to get a hold of *** and get her email address, but have been unsuccessful. (leaving voicemails on both phone numbers yesterday and today)…I need to have her send a similar letter to all 3 bureaus listed on our letter stating that she wants the same course of action and outcome. They will not proceed without her permission. If you can reach her, that would be great.
